Menu Planning



Another tight week... but better than last week.

So here is the plan:

breakfasts
bagel egg sandwiches for hubby
scrambled eggs
yogurt and waffles
peach bread or muffins (recipe and pics coming soon)
cereal
Cinnamon toast

lunches
bologna sandwiches
mac and cheese
tuna
egg salad wraps (had leftover wraps from last week)
leftover goulash from last week
shrimp poppers

snacks
smoothies
veggies and dip
bananas
peanut butter, chocolate Kashi bites (recipe coming as well... super easy)

dinners

Cheese burgers with corn on the cob

bbq chicken with salt potatoes and grilled squash/zucchini

cheesey chicken and broccoli (another family favorite that I'll share with pictures this week.... so yummmy and again easy!)

BLTs and french fries

chicken kabobs with salad and fresh green beans

eggplant parm with steamed broccoli
