What to do with all this squash?!?!?!?




















Well, we are now covered in green and yellow squash at our house. We have been cooking it, freezing it, and sharing it.

In the pictures you can see a couple of places we used it.

1.) I marinated it in Italian dressing and then grilled for about 3 minutes on eat side. It was soooo yummy.

2.) I chopped it up and sauteed in butter. Then added to scrambled eggs. With a little salt and pepper it was delicious.

But I need your help. Does anyone have some exciting ways to eat zucchini and yellow squash? I'd love to hear them. Please share in the comments.

  1. Oh man there are so many things you can do with zucchini and squash. I have marinated it in dales and grilled it on kabobs on the grill with bell pepper, onions, and tomato. I have made zucchini bread and chocolate zucchini cake. Which in turn you can us squash in those same recipes. I have done that before too. You can steam them suatee in butter and with onion. I could go on and on.
