Best Wegmans Savings Ever

I decided to do the bulk of the shopping for two weeks worth of groceries. And I also stocked up on some time saving goody makers for those times I don't have the extra minutes to make from scratch.

Here's what I did:

3 Secrets $0.69 each
3 Olay 2pk bar soap $2.69
used 3 - $5 off coupons from P&G
free plus overage

4 - 4C Parm Cheese $2.99 each
4 - 4C Bread Crumbs
used 4 BOGO 4c coupons (made all breadcrumbs free)
used 4 - $1 off Parm Cheese (made all cheese $1.99 each)

4 Krustaez Cookie Mixes $1.59 each
used 4 - $1/1 cookies
$0.59 each

Barilla Pasta $1.99
used freebie coupon from VocalPoint

4 Chocolate Chips $1.69 each
used 2 - $1/2 printables
$1.19 each

2 Cool Whips $0.99
used $1/2 Kraft Printable
$0.49 each

2 Lean Pockets $1.99 each
used 2 - $0.50/1 *doubled*
$0.99 each

3 Imagine Gravy $1.99 each
used 3 -$1/1 from old insert
$0.99 each

2 Dozen eggs $1.59 each
used $0.55/2 *doubled*
$1.04 each

2 Creamers $2.99?? (not sure how much)
used 2 - $1.50/1
$1.49 or so each
(if you like the liquid kind that is even cheaper on sale)

2 Peter Pan Peanut Butters $1.89 each
used $1/2 from 11/14 or 11/21???
$1.39 each

2 Simply Peanut Butter Cookies $2.59
used 2 - $0.55/1 *doubled*
$1.49 each

2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
$0.69 each

2 Cans Green Beans
$0.39 each

4 Phil Cream Cheese $1.29
used $1/2 Kraft printable
$0.79 each

I spent about $100 on the above and some other things that weren't great deals, but we needed (bread, milk, some fruits and veggies, etc.)
That is a lot of money for us in one shot, but it is pretty good for two weeks worth of food. Plus, the best part was that when I looked at my receipt, I saved $74 with coupons and my shoppers club card. I don't know if my savings have ever been that high at Wegmans.

And another Rite Aid Stop

I am not a Blck Friday shopper. I actually stay away from most stores on purpose. However, I was down to 2 diapers and made a run to Rite Aid.

Here are my 2 Transactions:

1 Pampers $18.77
1 Got 2B Styler $4.99
2 Cottonelle Wipes $1.88 each

Total: $27.52

I used $5 off 25
$1 off Pampers from P&G insert
$2 off Got2B from All You
$2 off Got2B Video Values
$1/2 Cottonelle VV
$1/1 Cottonelle Printbale
1 Free Cottonelle Coupon from Snail Mail
$12 in +ups

I had to pay $2.64 out of pocket. I got $3 +up from Pampers and $2 +ups from the Cottonelle. I will also get back $4.99 SCR from the Got2b. That is $9.99 back.

Transaction #2

6 boxes of Kellogg's Cereal $1.99 each
Dial Soap $0.99
Bounty Basic $0.77
2 bags of M&Ms 2/$4
Charmin Toilet Paper $9.99

Total $27.69

I used $5 off $25
2 - $1.50 off Cereal from 11/14 RP
$1 off Dial from Rite Aid Booklet
$1 off Bounty from a P&G booklet
$1/2 M&Ms coupon 11/21 insert???
$1 off Charmin (snail mail)
$1.50 off Charmin from RA booklet
$5 +ups from Transaction #1

I paid $9.19 oop and got back $4 +ups from the cereal and $2 +ups for candy.

These weren't free deals, but we had less than a roll of TP and 2 diapers... so they were necessary. I would have paid more for just the diapers alone any where else. To me that is a win!!! Plus the purchases will go towards my Gift of Savings earnings.

Note: If you need Charmin there is a much better deal starting Sunday. Plus my numbers were slightly less than what I posted because of the discount I now get with my Wellness card. Yippee

Frugal Fun

If you follow some of the other deal blogs, you might have seen a post about free Thanksgiving cards. I saw them and thought, hey we can do that. Now, my love and I might not be the most talented, but I think that having her hand print instead of a fake on a card is much better. Plus, my love and I absolutely enjoy making crafts while the babe is sleeping.

We first traced her hand.

Then we painted her hand so that we could use it as a "stamp".

Then she placed her painted hand inside the tracing.

When the paint dried she added legs and a gobbler.

Afterwards, my love practiced her penmanship by writing Happy Thanksgiving inside each one.

She has already given one to the babysitter and one to her teacher. She can't wait to pass out the rest to family on Thursday!

Rite Aid Stop

Please ignore my very ugly feet!! I made two transactions at Rite Aid. I wasn't able to do my exact plan. So here is what I did instead:

Transaction #1

3 Nyquil Sinex $4.99 each

3 12 pks of Coke $10.98

Total $25.95 plus tax and deposit

I used $5 off $25 and 3 - $4 off Sinex. Then I used $8 in +ups. I paid $0.95 plus tax.

I then got back $8 in +ups ($2 for Coke and 3-$2 for Sinex).

This deal did go as planned.

Transaction #2

2 bags of Dove $2/6 (or were they 2/$5???)

2 bags of Kisses $2/5

1 Sinex $4.99

1 Motrin PM $4

4 Right Guard Deodorants $4.59 each

Total $28.97 plus tax

I used $5 off $25
$1/2 Dove from 11/14 insert
$1/2 Dove from Video Values
$1/2 Kisses from 11/24 insert

$1/1 Kisses from Video Values

$4 off Sinex from P&G

$2 off Motrin PM from 11/24 insert

$1 off Motrin PM from Video Values

2 BOGO Right Guard Coupons

That's $25.18 in coupons leaving $3.79 plus tax to pay. I used $2 in +ups to help pay.

Then I got back $3 in +ups and will get back another $2 SCR for the Motrin.

I think that I can safely say that my hubby will have enough deodorant for a while. This is the only type he'll use. So I figured I'd grab then while I could.

I will have another Black Friday scenario coming up with Pampers on the list... and just in time. Those small packs in size 6 don't last long. And my 21 month old doesn't seem to want to use the potty as often as I was hoping.

Norah Jones ....Featuring

If a music lover is on your gift list you might consider the CD ....Featuring from Norah Jones. It is a great compilation of songs from the past decade where Norah Jones has worked with a variety of other artists to bring you some great music.

I was lucky enough to receive a copy of the CD before it came out through One2One Network. The second I put the CD in I was taken back to prior CDs and that classic Norah sound. I happen to be a huge fan and really enjoy her music. The great thing about this CD is that there are so many different types of music within one CD. The variations go from Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson to Dirty Dozen and Outkast. It is bound to have a song that everyone will enjoy. It is also so easy to listen to that it makes great background music for get togethers.

For a limited time, you can go to Spinner.com to stream ...Featuring in its entirety for free. Norah Jones' website also has songs and videos that you can view for free. So you can check it out before you buy it. It came out in stores this week, November 16. So if you love it as much as I do you can grab yourself a copy or a copy as a gift!

All opinions are 100% mine. I was given a free CD for review purposed from One2One. I was not compensated for this review in any other way!

Rite Aid Stop 11/15

Here is my first trip this week:

2 Huggies Pure & Natural $8.99 each
3 Gain $0.89 each
6 Right Guard Deo. $4.49 each
4 French's Fried Onions $1.50 each

Before my RA card the total was over $60! That is so crazy. After the rewards card the total was $40.12 plus tax.

I used:
$5 off $25
2- $3 off Pure & Natural
$2 VV Huggies
3- $1 off Gain
3 BOGO Right Guard
4- $1 off French's

That's $33.47 in coupons. I also handed over about $6 in +ups. That left about $0.65 plus tax for me to pay.

I then got back $6 in +up for Huggies and $2 in +ups for French's.

Even if I had to pay the $6.65 oop, this would have been a money maker after the plus ups. :)

Couponing for Swagbucks

I just read that we can earn swagbucks for using coupons. it is really easy. Go to Earn in the Toolbar and then click on coupons. Here you will find the same coupons as on Coupons.com. You just print and use to earn 10 swagbucks per coupons. It may take up to 6 weeks for your points to appear, but it extra points towards free stuff.

I know I just traded my points in for Amazon giftcards to do some free Christmas shopping. it may not be much, but every bit helps!!!

Holiday Decorating

Tree Decorations can be very expensive when buying from the store. And sometimes the homemade gifts are sweet and cute, but can look home made. (I happen to love them anyways...) So if you are looking for tree decorations that you can make and will look nice, I have foud some inexpensive and easy solutions.

You can check them out here. You might already have many of the supplies in your house. And little ones can help with the fun.

Wegmans

I was finally doing some regular grocery shopping yesterday (pic coming) and I noticed a couple things I wanted to share...

1.) The Olay ribbons body wash was now on sale for $4.99. So you could grab the $0.69 Secret and use the $5 coupon to get both for $0.68 plus tax. I know that some of you just love this bodywash :)

2.) Pillsbury Simply biscuits and simply cookies ($2.?9) are on sale. There are coupons that you can print or could have printed from Smartsource ($0.55 off) that would double and make these a little over a dollar.

3.) There are Glad trash bags for $2.79 or so. They do not have draw strings, but some sort of tab that you use to close. If you use the $0.75 off from 11/7 P&G this would double to make them $1.29 or so. If your budget is really tight this might be a great way to go for garbage bags right now. (I have used plastic Wegmans bags for weeks in the summer when I didn't have the money for actual garbage bags, but they fill up quickly!!!

To see all other Wegmans deals and posts you can go here.

Fed Ex brought this over...

My love turns five this month and with Christmas coming and trying to get back on our feet after a financially troubling summer, this giveaway win couldn't have come at a better time. I have been on a winning streak. This is one of 3 wins I had this week. They are Brain Quest White Board books for my little love to keep on learning. She loves those workbooks where you can write inside, but she goes through them really fast. This way she can reuse the pages over and over. They are going to make a great birthday gift as well.

I won this on Surviving a Teacher's Salary. Crystal has some great giveaways on her blog and I highly recommend it. And remember that the special giveaways for teachers (Gift a Teacher) starts on her blog on November 28.

Have you gotten anything fun in the mail lately?

My Rite Aid Scenario

Here is my first plan for Rite Aid:

2 Huggies Pure & Natural $8.99 each ($17.98 total)
2 Right Guard Deodorants $4.?? BOGO
2 French's Fried Onion 2/$3

Total: Around $25 depending on price of Right Guard

I'll use the following coupons:

$5 off $25
2 - $3 off Huggies (mailer)
1 - $2 off Huggies RA Video Values
BOGO Right Guard
2 - $1 off French's (expires 11/15!!!!!!)

That leaves about $5.98 to pay either oop or with +ups if you have them.

You'll then get back 2- $3 +ups from Huggies and $1 +up from French's. That makes $7 back or you can think of it as everything for free. Yippee.

If you know me, I don't use Huggies, but this is a great time to stock up for baby showers of for someone you know that could use them.

I have also heard that the $2 Clairol Family coupon from 11/7 P&G works on the Herbal Ess. deal, but I am not sure I am going to try it. I let you know if I change my mind. I might talk it over with my fav RA managers and ask their opinion. If you try it, let me know how it goes!

Quick stop at Wegmans

I have been very sick and had a birthday party to clean and plan for... so I am sorry that there hasn't been much here. I feel like I am always apologizing. But when you are a full time teacher and a full time mommy, blogging has to come last. And unfortunately, so does clipping coupons, organizing coupons, and scheming up great deals.... ugh.... I do so need a great coupon fix. I could clip coupons and plan deals all day.

So I was in Wegmans to pick up a few things for a birthday party and wanted to try a couple deals I had heard about.

I grabbed:

1 4C Grated Cheese $2.99
1 4C Bread Crumbs $1.69
1 Secret Deodorant $0.69
1 Olay Bar(2 pack) $2.69

Total $8.06

I used the following coupons:

$1 off 4C Parm Cheese
BOGO 4C Cheese & 4C Breadcrumbs (rang up as $2.50 off- cashier didn't push anything)
$5 off when you buy any secret and any olay bar, wash, etc

That is $8.50 off. So this was a money maker. I bought at the same time as I grabbed the snacks so that I wouldn't have a negative total.

So these deals do totally work. Thanks to everyone that shared their imput on this one!!!

Second Trip to Rite Aid

Sorry about the wait on this one. I went in without a plan, but a hand full of coupons late Saturday evening. It ended up going well.

Here is what I did:
Pampers $8.99
2 Halls $3.00
2 M&Ms $3.99 BOGO
1 Oral B toothbrush $2.99
1 Oral B Stages Toothbrush $1.74 on clearance

Total $20.71 plus tax

I used:
$4 off $20
$1 off Pampers
$1/2 Halls
$0.50 RA Video Values Halls
$1 Oral B
$10 +up that expired that night
$2.99 +up from first trip

That is $20.49 in coupons. That left me to pay $0.22 plus tax.

I then got back $1 +up for pampers, $1 for Halls, and another $2.99 for Oral B. So I got back $4.99. I am happy that the limit changed to two. I really like Oral B toothbrushes and needed new ones!!!

How did you do last week?

Do you need more coupons?

You can go here to register for $15 worth of Kimberly-Clark coupons. The site says that you can request more coupons every 7 days. After you register log in and click on the coupons and offers tab (3rd one over.)

First Trip to Rite Aid this week...

I have made one stop to Rite Aid. I didn't plan very well. My $10 +up expires this week, but total was not $10 after coupons. So I will have another scenario for you as I plan and see what coupons I have.

For my first trip:

1 Pamper $8.99
3 Nivea for men ($3.99 each) $11.97
Maybelline Eyeshadow $3.89???
Oral B Toothbrush $2.99

Total $27.84???

I used these coupons:
$5 off $25
$1 off Pampers
3 - $3 off Nivea
2 - $2 off maybelline (one was a Rite Aid Video Values and one was a printable)
$1 off Oral B from P&G insert

That is $20 in coupons leaving $7.84 + tax. I paid the rest in +ups and cash for the tax.

I got back:

$1 +up for Pampers
3 - $1 +ups fr Nivea
$2.99 +up for Oral B

Total Back $6.99 in +ups. So $7.84 - $6.99 makes the total cost for all $0.85 plus tax. Not bad for some diapers and all else to help our stock pile!!!!

I love Rite Aid...

Have you joined Smile.ly?

I got an email from Smile.ly saying that they are looking for females ages 14 to 25 to test the Schick Quattro razor. I am too old, yes too old at 28.... oh well. I hope that someone else can get this opportunity. Let me know how you make out!!!

Glee Make Your Own Kits

Glee Gum was kind enough to send me and my loves a "Make Your Own Gummies Kit" and some of their tasty gum.

We tried the gum first. I was excited to let my love try this gum. She LOVES minty gum, but I am always nervous she is going to swallow it and who knows what sort of gunk it is made out of that would just sit in her little body. Glee gum was delicious and held its flavor well. My favorite part is that it is made with sustainably harvested rainforest chicle. And there are no artificial flavors sweeteners or preservatives.

While we chewed our gum we decided to make the gummies. You can see the contents here:

The directions were really easy to follow. And the entire process took less than a half hour, making it perfect for parties, school projects, or just something fun to do on the weekend. The kits are recommended for children a little older than my love, but she was still able to help with most of the steps.

We both thought is was sooooo cool to actually have the chance to use natural ingredients like seaweed to make a fun snack. This kit gave us the opportunity to pick what shape we wanted to make the gummies to be as well. We tried a couple of different small toys as "forms" or molds, but they didn't work. We ended up making "worms" with her little fingers and then grabbed a heart shaped mold that I had from making Valentine suckers.

The end product was cool too. After just ten minutes in the fridge, our gummies were ready to eat. They are softer than the fruit snacks or gummies that you might buy at a store, which I thought was great because I have TMJ. They are tasty too. My kids love gummies and fruit snacks, but I don't give them out very often because they aren't really a healthy choice. This kit gives you a great chance to chat about natural ingredients and have a special snack. I know that for us it led to a great conversation about seaweed and all of its uses.

When we were done we went to the Glee website to watch "From Tree to Glee" which was really cool. You should check it out!!!

Does this sound interesting to you?
You can purchase your own all natural Glee Gum or Make Your Own Kit here. Kits start at $13 and you can get educational guides for your use as a Home Schooler, Teacher or if you just want the information to use for fun.

Or you can try to win your own kit. It is really easy.

1.) Be sure to follow Deal-licious Debby and you need to be a US resident.
2.) Go to gleegum.com and check out the website and the different kits available and let me know one thing that you thought was really cool in the comments with your email address so I can contact you if you are the winner.

I will then use random.org to pick a winning comment to recieve their very own Make Your Own kit from Glee Gum. This giveaway will be open until November 30.

Rite Aid Scenarios

I am still working on my scenario. For my family we need pampers and laundry detergent this week... so that has prompted my deal ideas:

Idea #1
Buy Maybelline Eye Shadow Trio $3.89
use $2 printable (facebook??)
and $2 RA video values

Buy 2 Nivea menswash $3.99
use $3 from 10/17 RP
get $1 +up back per bottle

Buy Oral B Toothbrush $2.99
use $1 from 10/31 P&G
get $2.99 +up back
(limit of 1 for the +up!!!!!!!!!!)

Buy 1 Package of Pampers Cruisers $8.99
use $1 from P&G
get $1 +up

Buy 2 Halls Cough Drops $1.05 each
use $1/2 from 11/7 insert
use $0.50 RA video values coupon (I used the coupons from all you at Wegmans to get them free)

Total would be $25.95

I would use $5 off 25 (go to iheartriteaid.com - she has a link if you got rid of yours when they weren't working like me....)

Plus I would use the $13.50 in other coupons mentioned above ($18.50 in coupons) to drop the total to $12.45.

I did locate the $10 +up that I lost so I would have $12 in +ups to put towards this transaction and pay $0.45 plus tax.

I would then get back $5.99 in +ups. So this is not free or a money maker... but it will help you get cheap diapers and other iteams your home may need.

Idea #2 Trying to get it for free

I would buy the same items as above, but instead of spending $8.99 on pampers you could replace this item with 2 Herbashine hair colors and 1 garnier anti-dandruff shampoo.

Buy (2) Herbashine Color $5.99
Buy (1) Garnier Fructis Anti Dandruff Shampoo $3.99

Total $15.97

Use (1) $2/1 Garnier Herbashine Hair Color RA Video Values (Nov)
use
(1) $2/1 Garnier Herbashine Hair Color RA Vide Values(Oct)
use $2/1 Fructis Anti-Dandruff Item RA Video Values

Get $5.00 +up

So add this $15.97 to the $16.96 we already had.

Total $32.93
use $5 off $25 and $10 in Garnier coupons and $12.50 in previous coupons.
Pay $5.43 opp plus tax and get $9.99 back in +ups from all.

Now this is a moneymaker.

Thanks to Shannon at For the Mommas for all the work she does to post the Rite Aid deals for the week.

Playing Instant Win Games

Free Stuff from Instant Win Games!!!!!

I used to play instant win games all the time when I was up nursing my son in the middle of the night. The early hours are the best time to win. I have gotten rather busy and kind of got away from it. So today when I was reading an email from Freebies4mom, I was checking out her list of winnable games. I entered a few and WON!!!! It wasn't anything major, but it was free!!!!!

I recommend checking out Quicken Thanks a Million (382 winners a day) and yes I won!!! It might only be a stuffed animal, but it will make a great stocking stuffer, if it comes in time. Otherwise it will be a great surprise for a little one. You can also win a year of credit monitoring.

Halls Pop a Drop has 500 daily winners. You'll get a free bag of cough drops... just in case you weren't able to get them free at Rite Aid recently haha. I know my hubby eats these like candy. I haven'y played yet because I have to use home computer later.

And Burger King is giving away an XBOX Kinect every 15 minutes. You can get 6 free codes per person per day to play without a purchase. I really would like to win this. My daughter has tried the Wii at other people's houses but has a hard time holding on the the controller. So a no controller option would be sooooo cool.

Or how about a month of free Toaster Strudel? Pillsbury is giving this away to 2000 people a week. I haven't won this yet, but I sure have tried.

Anyone else won something cool lately? I'd love to hear from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rue La La

By now you know that I love For the Mommas. It is one of my favorite blogs. Shannon had posted in the past about a free $20 credit at Rue La La. She has posted again today stating that many items are $10 and that means free!!!!!!! You can sign up here if you haven't yet, but you will only be able to get a $10 credit for referring friends. I think that it might take 48 hours for credit to show up, so sign up now to make it in time for the next deal. You'll have until the end of the year to use the credit. I hope other great deals will appear as the holiday season nears. I love free and in time for the gift giving season....

Campbell's Cream of...

Wegmans has been been loading up the holiday savings from baking to cooking to snacks... many items are going on sale just in time.

There are quite a few Campbell's items on sale right now including:

Chucky soups 4/$5
Cream of mushroom, chicken, etc $0.69
Gravy $0.50
French Fried Onions $2.99 for big can ($1.99 after coupons)

You can sweeten these deals with coupon inserts from the 10.10 or 10.3 paper. Plus there are also coupons on at least two websites: Campbell's and Campbell's Kitchen. I am going to try and print the $1.50 off 3 for the great for cooking soups to get the cream of chicken and mushroom for $0.19 each. These can be found on both webpages so that you could get 4 prints total.

Welcome Wednesday

If you are visiting from a blog hop. Welcome!!!! If you leave an address I can and will follow you back. It may take a couple of days, but your follow will be returned. Thank you and have a wonderful Wednesday!!!!

The Foundary

While visiting another blog, I read about a new company called The Foundary. They are another one of those "deal of the day" type of sites where you can order cool stuff and low prices. Plus, if you join right now you can invite friends to sign up as well. Each friend that signs up through you will earn you $1. You can earn up to $50. The folding colander pictured above would take 19 friends. As soon as I read this I thought, "Hey another way to earn a free Christmas present..." There are so many people I would like to buy for and this may give you a way to either find some cool deals or earn a free gift. You can sign up or read more about it here.
Note: Some of the prices seemed high to me. So this is a site I would not typically order from. However, with the friend earning deal you may be able to find something that would fit your budget for next to nothing. Plus many items have free shipping and some of the stuff is kind of unique. At least I haven't seen it in Walmart or Target... yeah I don't get out much!!!!!!

Libby's Canned Veggies

I have been searching everywhere for these veggies. I had some great coupons for them and couldn't find them at Walmart or Wegmans. So let us try Dollar General and see what we find. They are on sale for $0.45 each.

Hopefully you printed the $1/3 from coupons.com or you may have the $1/3 from the 8/29 Redplum insert. Either way it will make these $0.35 total for all 3 cans or about $0.12 each.

I have heard that the computers at Dollar General do not like multiple coupons that are alike. So you may want to consider multiple transactions.
(I might also look for the $0.50 jello while I am there. You may have gotten a coupon in the 10/17 SS that would make these $0.25 each. I usually make my own, but sometimes the time and container saving is worth it :)

Menu Planning

I have been really bad about posting these plans. I am going to try to get back to it now that my schedule is starting to feel "normal" again. I've mentioned before that planning is really my family's key to saving money. If I know what is for dinner each night there aren't as many crazy dashed to Wegmans or pizza nights to blow our budget. Now I'm not saying I always stick to it, but this really helps. I would say that we follow our plan 95% of time.

Breakfasts
hubby- bagel & egg
kids & me - cereal, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt

Lunches
sandwiches (egg salad, tuna, some lunch meat)
veggies with dip
chips
piece of fruit (peaches, apples)
sometimes I pack my love a go-gurt as well for snack time at school

Snacks (we haven't been having too many with not being home)
cheese slice (littlest love loves these)
veggies and dip
some Halloween candy - in small doses
evenings - ice cream :)

Dinner

Sunday pizza - halloween
Monday - creamy chicken and bow tie pasta
Tuesday - beef stew
Wednesday - left overs
Thursday - chicken wraps and french fries
Friday - meatball subs (homemade of course)
Saturday - spaghetti and meatballs (meatballs already made and left over from Friday night)

I try to plan easier meals on work nights and longer/more prep meals on the week ends. Plus we look to see what we have in stock and in season to help. We had to buy chicken and stew meat this week. I already had ground beef from last week. I try not to have to buy all the meat every week because that can eat away at our budget. Instead, I buy in bulk every other week.

Rite Aid Stop

Well, I feel like a carzy person. I had all of these great post ideas about frugal costumes and things to do for free.... But instead, I spent my time searching for a $10 +up I somehow lost yesterday.

I had a great time making one last stop to get some cheap candy on Saturday. I ended up breaking even. I spent $10 after all of my coupons for about $30+ worth of candy and then got a $10 +up in return. (picture coming tonight) My big plan was to use it to get more Pampers. I double checked that it was in my Rite Aid envelope. And then I got to the check out and it wasn't there. I have looked everywhere, including the garbage. So pray that I might find it. We really need that $10 this week. ugh... I have a feeling it has something to do with a little man with sticky fingers. He loves my envelopes. He probably put it somewhere special. Ha ha

My plan was:

Buy diapers and small filler

$20 +

use $4 off $20

$1 off pampers

get back $3 in +ups

makes the diapers $12 plus tax (I was supposed to use the $10 plus up here to make it $2 plus tax.)

Second idea:

Buy 5 Folgers coffees $2.99 each ($14.95)

2 coffeemate creamer $2.99 each ($5.98)

4 Combos $1.50 each ($6.00)

Total $26.93 plus tax

use $5 off $25

use 5 - $1 off Folgers (My area was lucky enough to get this one)

use 2 - $1.50 off creamer from website (you have to log in first to get this one to work)

use 2 - $1/2 combos

use any plus ups I had ($3 from diapers???)

pay around $8.93 plus tax

get back $9 in +ups

That would make all for free.

When I got there they did not have enough coffee for me to do this deal. So I will try again after they restock and keep my fingers crossed!!!

How did you do this week?
